Appropriately titled Only Number Ones, the album is released digitally, on CD and vinyl on November 27 and is available for pre-order now.

Fans who pre-order Only Number Ones from the official store will get the chance to purchase tickets for an exclusive afternoon tea at The InterContinental Park Lane hotel in London where Sir Cliff will be present to toast his birthday and celebrate the release.

"I suggested to Warner Music that I record an album of songs that made it to No.1," said Cliff.

"Thank heavens they agreed!! I listened to dozens of songs and chose 12 of my favourites.

"This record is my tribute to fabulous artists who had recorded wonderful tracks that achieved the number one position."

And the 2CD Deluxe Edition of the album features not just all those covers of songs originally by the likes of The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Harry Styles and The Everly Brothers, but also all of Cliff Richard's own number one singles, both those recorded with The Shadows and as a solo star.
