Sean Ono Lennon announces birth of first child – John Lennon's first grandchild

Sean Ono Lennon has announced the birth of his first child.
The musician and his partner Charlotte Kemp Muhl shared the happy news in a series of Instagram posts, also revealing the first photos of their son and his name.

"@charlottekempmuhl and I have created a Human Bean!" Sean said.
"His name is Aurelius! Thank you!"
The child is the first grandchild of Sean's father, the late Beatle John Lennon who died in 1980.
Sean and Charlotte have been in a relationship since they met at Coachella in 2005.
They live together in Greenwich Village, New York, and formed the band The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger together in 2008.
Sean Ono Lennon is the only son of John Lennon and Yoko Ono.
John's other son, Sean's half-brother Julian Lennon – born to John and his first wife Cynthia – does not have any children.
Sean and Julian were long reported to have feuded much of their lives but in recent years the brothers have absolutely denied anything of the sort.
"It's funny because there's always been, especially in the UK press, 'Lennon Sons Feuding,' this, that," Julian said in 2023. "We've never had a fight in our life. It's such bull."
He added: "There has been friction, no question, in the past between everybody.
"But we're all getting a bit older, and as we get older we lose people and we realise now what's most precious in life."
