When the Rolling Stones hit the road, their size means they're usually playing stadiums, festivals, or the very largest arenas at a push.

But you can see a real life Rolling Stone up close and personal later this year when Ronnie Wood plays an intimate solo show at the O2 Kentish Town Forum.

The show is billed as Ronnie Wood and his Band featuring Imelda May, and he'll come to London on Friday, August 21.

Tickets go on general sale this Friday, April 24 at 10am via MyTicket.

"In March, Ronnie announced he would be performing a rare solo show at the legendary Paradiso in Amsterdam which sold out in minutes, a subsequent second night was added again selling out immediately," said organisers.

"Due to continued ticket demand, shows in London and Cologne have been announced.

"These intimate shows are an opportunity to see one of the world’s most iconic guitarists outside of his stadium performances with The Rolling Stones.

"They mark the first full live solo sets Ronnie Wood has played in over 16 years. Joining the band for both performances will be his close friend, Imelda May.

"The pair have collaborated multiple times on record and live, notably at the 2023 Jeff Beck Tribute Concert at the Royal Albert Hall."
