Deep Purple have popped up a fair bit in the news recently.

There was the retirement of one-time frontman and Whitesnake leader David Coverdale, as well as the use of 'Child in Time' in the trailer for the fifth and final season of hit Netflix show Stranger Things.

And despite various lineup changes over the years, the band are still going strong and packing houses across the world.

Deep Purple will return to the UK next year for a major headline tour, with support from Mammoth (the band fronted by Wolfgang Van Halen) and Jayler.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, November 21 at 10am via AEG.
