Fans looking to grab tickets early have been urged to sign up to Taylor's new membership system to have the best chance.

"IMPORTANT: We've made changes to our membership system and YOUR OLD ACCOUNT WILL NOT WORK," read a post on Taylor's Instagram.

"You MUST create a new account in order to participate in the presales. Click the yellow SIGN UP buttom in the top right corner of the page, choose Create an Account from the popup, and fill out the fields.

"You can do that today if you plan to purchase in the presale tomorrow. If you have any difficulty, please email help@jamestaylor.com and a member of the team will be happy to help."

Taylor's last studio album was 2020's American Standard, a collection of reworkings from the US pop canon.

His last record of newly-written material was 2015's Before This World, which was his first album top the US albums charts.
